The Alpha Chapter

The Alpha Chapter, New York City

Each chapter has its own distinct traditions, activities, guidelines for admission, and general identity, making our undergraduates a diverse group. As they graduate, they become a part of our alumni network which extends across the country ensuring that no St. Anthony sister or brother is too far from other St. A's. Alumni organizations exist to ensure that all alumni are kept in touch, and that the undergrads have a range of alumni to rely on. Other graduate clubs and associations ensure that alumni not near a chapter (for instance, those on the west coast) can still be a part of events.

Once a year, we meet to discuss the business of the fraternity but most importantly to let members from all over the country learn from each other for a few days. When not in session, our national officers oversee the national staff in Ithaca, New York, to ensure the smooth functioning of the national and its various components and to attempt to provide such support to local chapters and alumni groups as those autonomous chapters and groups request.
